It was an honor to spend time with former United States Marine Corps Captain and current Career Coach, Talia Bastien Rhea.  Talia is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) – accredited Leadership and Career Coach who specializes in helping high performing career professionals maximize their life and leadership potential.

 

Talia, a remarkable individual, will take you on a captivating journey. She accomplished the extraordinary feat of graduating from high school at the age of 16 and then completing college at 20, all before joining the Marine Corps as an officer. Having assumed leadership responsibilities at a mere age of 20, Talia will guide you through her inspiring path, shedding light on her personal growth as a young leader and the unique challenges she encountered as a woman in the military.

 

Currently, Talia dedicates her efforts to assisting veterans as they transition from Marine Corps leadership to the diverse opportunities and obstacles of civilian life.
